Brie and her husband were great to deal with she responded quick and answered my questions...im assuming it was there first time renting it this year as it was about half ready to go...i could pick the trailer apart but I'm not...it does need work and the pic's don't really match the trailer itself..but it did keep us warm the first night. we had it for 2 nights. Thanks

RV was exactly as described. Owner was understanding as our schedule was changed from original messaging. Very friendly and easy to deal with. RV kept in extremely good shape.
