Brie very good to deal with, very prompt on returning messages.

Brie was extremely courteous and flexible. She met us outside, showed us everything and was very accommodating. The propane, electricity, water, air conditioner, and all appliances worked as advertised. However, I must admit that the trailer has some issues that I hope are fixed before someone else rents it. The trailer jacks are very rusted, are extremely difficult to crank up and down, and need replacing. The crank handle is being held together by a small piece of metal wire and often falls out. The awning is missing latches and is being held up by 1 inch bolts and nuts on both sides. The screen door slide panel is broken and barely useable. The overall cleanliness of the camper when I received it was subpar. Overall, it was adequate for what we needed but needs a few repairs to make future experiences more enjoyable.

This trailer worked very well. The fridge and furnace worked perfectly without any issues at all. It isn’t always that way with RV’s. The interior is redone with really cute and up to date hardware and furniture. The queen bed was VERY comfortable and the twin beds work very well for children. It has an amazing amount of storage shelves, open shelving, drawers etc. MUCH more storage than the usual trailer. The owners were very prompt at responding and very pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend this trailer and these hosts.

Pick up and drop off were great and flexible on time. Camper is small, a lot of wear and tear including broken screen door. My son was not able to use the top bunk as it was too small and uncomfortable.

Brie and her husband were great to deal with she responded quick and answered my questions...im assuming it was there first time renting it this year as it was about half ready to go...i could pick the trailer apart but I'm not...it does need work and the pic's don't really match the trailer itself..but it did keep us warm the first night. we had it for 2 nights. Thanks
