About TERRY

Great lady. A pleasure to deal with and no trouble at all!

I had the pleasure of hosting Terry and her rodeo girls. They performed exceptionally well in the rodeo and took great care of my trailer. The girls were very respectful and left everything neat and well-organized. Terry and her team are always welcome to use my trailer again, and I highly recommend them as guests.

The unit operates on both 120 and 240 volts because it is equipped with a power converter that protects the system. At no point did the person call me to report the issue so it could be resolved or to be told that it wasn't actually a problem; the operator in charge simply didn't know how to use the generator. He caused a short circuit right in front of me, but the unit didn't suffer any damage because it has a built-in safeguard against misuse. He made the decision on his own to use the other generator; I never received a call from the employee in charge until he mentioned it to me later.
