About Beverley

It was a pleasure having Beverley and her family rent our KZ Connect. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and took excellent care of our Connect. We would rent to Beverley and her family again without hesitation.

Beverley was the worst renter I’ve had. She called about not being plugged into the 30amp and kept blowing a fuse. She expected me to drive back an hour and a half to bring her a new extension cord. She was rude and said that I don’t know what I’m doing but when I picked up the trailer she had moved it only to find the trailer was plugged into the exact same spot I had it set up with. Upon pickup the trailer was a complete mess. Yes, they pay for cleaning fee but there was dirt,mud, and sand everywhere. The trailer smelt like wet dog had been let loose. I was only given 2 hours for a temp pass in the park and I found out at the park that my power awning was not working so I tried to fix it but ran out of time. I did not have enough time to set up the gazebo and offered a refund for the add on. She still wasn’t happy but I tried my best to accommodate the situation. The main issue was how dirty the trailer was left and the wet dog smell that has been very hard to remove. Windows open all night had to disinfect everything and still smell lingers. I would not recommend renting to her after how rude she was and how much of a mess she left the trailer in.
