About Pamela

We had a great experience with Pam and her family, and would happily rent to them again. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and they were very easy to coordinate with for delivery and drop-off. While there was some minor damage during their rental, it was clearly unintentional. Once it was brought to their attention, they handled the situation honestly and responsibly, and were quick to take care of the costs, which we truly appreciated. Overall, they were respectful and easy to deal with, and we’re giving them 5 stars for their integrity and how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you again!
