About Ping

Communication was clear leading up the rental. Ping ensured that I was comfortable renter to her and Lyon with their 3 cats. The rental itself went smooth. We sorted out a minor issue over the phone and Ping was helpful in identifying things we should be aware of with the RV (broken screen, light issue - neither of which were her fault). The RV was returned in very tidy condition. I would definitely rent to Ping and Lyon again.
