Everything was great, RV very clean and everything was as stated in description. Pick up and drop off quick and efficient. Would rent again, host was informative and easy to deal with.

Exceptional van! Quite spacious and luxurious. I had a wonderful 7 days on the road. Has all amenities needed and easy to operate. The van drives seamlessly and has a good engine. I would highly recommend

We had a great experience renting the Winnebago Solis from Yang. They were very friendly and accommodating, especially with allowing us to pick up the motorhome early and also arrange an early drop-off at the end of our trip. Both the pickup and return were quick and easy, and everything went smoothly. The motorhome worked very well for our trip through the Rockies. We really appreciated the friendly service and flexibility from Yang . Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience with this host, especially regarding communication and our early return. We booked the camper van for 5 nights for 3 people. Before booking, Yang confirmed through RVezy that airport pickup and drop-off were available for $30 each way, which influenced our decision. After booking, however, he stopped responding. When I followed up on August 10, he said airport transportation was no longer available and suggested Uber. Although I confirmed three guests and requested the Bedding & Linens package, only two pillows were provided. When we asked for another pillow so everyone had one, we were told they were unable to provide one. The van is advertised as accommodating up to 4 people, so having enough basic bedding for the number of guests we had communicated should not have been an issue. The biggest issue was our early return. On September 4, I asked through RVezy if we could return the RV the next afternoon, and Yang replied, “That is fine.” I immediately submitted a formal booking-change request to change the dates from Sep 01–Sep 06 to Sep 01–Sep 05. Although the request was pending, Yang had already given written permission, so we returned the RV on September 5. We then requested a refund for the unused fifth night ($258), but Yang refused, saying there would be no refund. He later claimed this was an emergency cancellation and that RVezy had already paid him. However, this was not an emergency cancellation: we asked in writing, received approval, and submitted the change request immediately. If he intended to keep the full amount despite approving the early return, he should have said so before we returned the RV. Instead, we were sent back and forth between him and RVezy. Overall, this rental involved too many issues that should have been handled much better: an airport pickup/drop-off arrangement that changed after booking, unanswered messages, inadequate bedding for the number of guests we had communicated, and ultimately a refusal to refund a night we did not use after the host agreed to our early return. We have the complete message history documenting these issues. I would not rent from this host again and cannot recommend this rental.
