The RV was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go exactly as promised — you can tell Juan really takes pride in his vehicles and stays on top of every detail. Communication was excellent throughout the trip: quick responses to every question, always available if we needed anything. He walked us through everything before we left, no surprises on the road. Took my daughter to Kern River for four days and the RV performed flawlessly. Juan runs his business the right way — professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend, and I'll be booking with him again for our next trip!
