This guest returned my RV fours late. My return window is 10am-1pm. Bill returned my RV after 5pm. The black holding tank was empty but not properly flushed showing 2/3 full on the control panel. I explain to all my guests, including Bill, how to properly drain and flush the black holding tank. After flushing and draining the black holding tank twice it showed empty. Lastly, the RV was returned with numerous food items. I always ask all guests to fully empty the RV.
