There was some confusion with the initial booking as to whether we were paying the owner directly or RVezy and to who we paid the insurance (Newfoundland insurance is not included in RVezy bookings) but the RVezy staff sorted it all out. The day before we were to receive the RV I was notified that we would receive the RV one day late. The owner put us up in a motel for that night at their expense. However, I do not believe the motel suite was worth the $300/day ($250 + $50 insurance) that we paid for the RV and we were not refunded any money. It meant we lost one day of our planned 12 day tour. Once we got the RV it was wonderful: clean, easy to drive, very roomy for 4 people with a fridge and freezer larger than in most RVs. The beds were also very large and suitable for a couple who are both six feet tall. We also appreciated the unlimited mileage that was included. The only problem we had was related to the tank for holding fresh water (so we could off road for one night without being directly hooked up to a water hose). It would seem that a valve or switch was reversed somehow because when we tried to fill up the freshwater tank, it ended up filling the grey water tank (which we had completely emptied). No amount of priming, pumping or moving switches could we get any fresh water to go in the freshwater tank. Perhaps the owner needs to check into this.
