The RV was immaculately cleaned and outfitted when we picked it up. Lori’s attention to detail was evident when our kids described the RV as a luxury hotel room on wheels. Michael cheerfully explained all the the features and operations. We enjoyed the RV’s comforts during a three night camping and horseback riding trip. Thanks again Lori and Michael.

We couldn’t find storage key, Micheal and his wife spend almost total 3hrs two way on the road to drop the spare key for us. High appreciated with Micheal’s ownership and 5start customer service.
