When we arrived, they had the hitch ready to hook up with our truck, and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know. The RV was clean and in good working order. When we had to adjust our return date, she was responsive and flexible. Thank you!

Lynn M.Sep 2019We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with the camper trailer. Hina was beyond accommodating and thoughtful which made the whole experience wonderful. The trailer itself was adequate for our needs and everything was as pictured and functioning. Hina went over how to use the trailer and detailed instruction on how to set it up etc. (newbies). We were away for two weeks and did not have any issues. Excellent experience.
Candace B.Aug 2019While Hina was lovely and tried to be as helpful as possible, the trailer was just not in the best shape when we recieved it. It was a bit dirty, the fridge was problematic (to the point that our food went bad), the DVD player didnt work because it was missing an AVI cord and the oven wouldn't light. We did get the fridge fixed by day 4 of our trip, which was great... but quite a process.- James M.Aug 2018Overall worked out well. Hina showed us how everything worked and had the ball/hitch all ready for us. We couldn't get the fridge working but probably just didn't spend enough time figuring it out or the battery was drawn down too much for it to work.
