William is such a good guy. He was an experienced camper in terms of handling the unit and treating it as his own. He returned the trailer in pristine condition as it was handed to him. Though an unexpected natural calamity occurred, he remained firm in his decision of keeping the trailer in a safe condition. I appreciate this person and looking forward on a repeat renting with him.
