Michael and his wife were very pleasant to deal with. Communication was easy throughout the rental process. We ran into an unexpected hitch compatibility issue at pickup, but they remained calm, patient, and understanding while we worked through it. They took great care of the trailer and returned it in excellent condition. We'd be happy to host them again anytime.
