About Robert

We had a great experience renting Robert’s trailer. The trailer is essentially brand new, exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The large fridge and freezer were especially useful, and everything inside worked as expected. Robert was extremely responsive throughout the entire rental and was always available by phone or text whenever we had questions. Pickup and return were both very easy and efficient. We camped in a location without power or water, and having the water tank and optional generator made the setup work very well for us. There was a known issue with the solar panels not providing sufficient power, which Robert made us aware of at pickup, so having the generator was important for keeping the battery charged. We also had a minor mechanical issue with one of the tires during the trip, but we were able to resolve it with Robert and it did not impact our overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed the trailer and would definitely recommend renting from Robert. 5 stars.
