About Ken

Ken and his wife were lovely to me. I felt as though when I dropped the trailer off it wasn't what they had expected, but they were gracious. I was absolutely mortified to learn when I picked up the trailer that they spend the entire weekend without hot water. As this was my first time renting out my trailer I was anxious to ensure they enjoyed themselves and I was disappointed to learn that there had been issues. Again, they were very gracious.
