Do not rent to this guest if you have a "no festivals/events" policy. She used our vehicle to attend a music festival without disclosing it, in direct violation of our rules. She also left the car running for roughly 8 hours, which caused engine damage and required servicing. She ignored our post-trip cleaning requirements entirely and left us with a biohazard situation that cost us to remediate. After we filed a claim to cover these expenses, she began texting me and remained hostile throughout the process. I wouldn't recommend her as a renter.
