Loved this camper and Cam was great to deal with! We had a last minute cancellation and Cam stepped up and got this trailer ready for us really quick, which was much appreciated. Really impressed with his communication. Very prompt responses, which was exactly what we needed to still be able to take our camping trip. He is well organized and had everything available that we needed on our trip. I’d rent again!

Family of four, two small kids and this trailer worked excellent for us for 3 nights. Pick up was quick easy and painless. Everything in trailer worked flawless. Pulled it with my F150 fairly easy.

1- The RVezy platform: it worked very well, but I never found anything during my many visits that explained any cancellation policies for our reservation, before, during or after our trip. It's a question that can be quite important information to have. I had asked a question of the owner (Kamran) through the app on Jun 15th, and didn't receive a response until the 24th when I finally sent my questions through his email address. Since Kam was so great with every aspect of this process, I have to believe the error must have been the app. 2- The Owner - Kamran was delightful to deal with. He was very helpful and accommodating in every way. He was easy to talk to during our inspection and receiving his trailer, and his wife was equally delightful when returning the camper at the end of our rental. Top notch all the way. 3- The camper - The Summerland Sun Chaser was exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and neat. Although we had most of our own supplies, it was well equipped to carry out most of one's camping needs. Thanks to Kam, his family and RVezy.com for making our first RV rental experience a very satisfying one.
