Chantal F.Aug 2022Delivered by hostThere were things I was happy with and things that I was very disappointed with . James had great communication and answered my questions leading up the the trip. When the trailer was brought to us it was not clean at all and had to clean walls in the above bunk. This was resolved and discount was applied since I had to spend the first part of my holidays cleaning as that’s what the cleaning fee are normally for . We had issues with Hot water as it was not properly set up . Once we fixed it, it worked great. Upon setting up both Grey and Black tanks were not fully emptied and was done when on location . Make sure if you rent to refill propane tank or a fee will be applied. For someone that has never used a trailer or rented before I had no idea that this is something that is required. Propane refill was as an add on option so I never thought anything about it . This issue was also resolved . Smaller living area with queen push out and bunk beds . Kids slept comfortably. AC was a must and worked great.- Duane M.Aug 2022Everything worked well and owner was easy to deal with. Bunks were huge for a smaller trailer, fit my teen boys no problem.

He had just forgotten to refill the propane tank, so no hot water inside. But we cook outside anyways, so that part was alright. Worked well for our short camping trip.

Bunks for kids, master bed is in the slide out at the rear so nice separation from kids 😀 Bring your own pillows and sheets and a bottle opener. Decent sized fridge and air conditioning works well. When I asked for help to set up while James was there he replied “ you should’ve paid for drop off and set up fee”. Will not be renting from him or even Rvezy for that matter.
Kdeep S.Jul 2020Was a bad experience dealing with the trailer.. as soon as we got to the campsite.. we opened the trailer it was full of mosquitoes from the Okanagan.. the owner said there was a few.. but there was alot. Tried to turn the light on but no power at all.. was told by the owner that power may be a little low but you can recharge withe truck.. not the case. There is no Cell reception in chilliwack lake.. So drove 45 mins to get reception and called.. he came promptly.. that was resolved.. So we proceeded to clean the traliler and get rid of all the mosquitoes as the trailer wasn't clean. Then we turned on the propane tank... Propane tank was empty!.. we used our own for the trailer.. and the heat did not work... Prior to returning it we fully cleaned it.. Not very impressed with the experience. Basic Power.. propane should be all replaced before renting to another party. Also forgot to mention shortly after we received power to the trailer I checked all the tank levels as I wanted to make sure I filled the water tank.. Gray water tank was full.. I had to hook the the trailer back on the truck to tow it to the sani station and empty it.. then come back and setup again.. We told the owner that we dealt with The Battery, Propane, Heat, Gray water, Mosquitoes.. cleanliness.. and no apologies we're given by the owner, didn't seem to care at all!
