He was readily available when we needed information in booking his trailer, however we were very disappointed to find the trailer had not been cleaned. I had to clean bathroom, fridge and sink. The bbq which was included was broken and there was no hot water. Luckily my husband knew how to climb under back bunk and turn valves on as we own a 5th wheel. The blinds were also broken and the bed mattress needs to be replaced as it was very uncomfortable and had me sleeping on a slope as it sagged terribly in middle. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but in this case I needed to. If Lucas makes these repairs I’m sure future renters would have a good experience as the trailer is spacious. Julie Sinclair
- Diana P.Aug 2021It was our first renting a trailer and it sure surpassed our expectations! Luke had the trailer all set up for us when we arrived at the campground. He had also purchased a longer extension cord ahead of time to ensure that it would connect to the outlet which was more than 20m away. The trailer was clean and well equipped and we slept comfortably. The kids enjoyed their double bunks and we enjoyed our private sleeping area with a queen bed. Would highly recommend this trailer!

Dorothy P.Aug 2020This was our first time using RVezy and what a great experience we had. When we did the initial inquiry, Luke was very quick to respond. The week before our rental, Luke reached out to us to explain that the previous renters had damaged the awning and therefore we would not be able to use it. We appreciated this type of communication since it gave us time to secure a shade shelter. Luke was right on time at the campground and very quickly got the trailer set up. It was exactly like the pictures. There were pots and pans, kitchen utensils, a toaster and a kettle. Luke even included a brand new BBQ that he just purchased the night before. He checked in a couple of days into our rental to make sure everything was fine. A week later, Luke arrived on time again to pick up the trailer. Luke thanks for making our first experience of renting a trailer painless. We will definitely be renting again in the future.
