Karen F.Aug 2022Devin was v easy to work with. We unfortunately experienced a flat tire on our trip home. Upon inspection, some of the tires were v worn, so this might have been preventable; however, everything else we used was in good working order. We called Devin first for advice on the tire re coordinating the roadside assistance and he helped immediately- which we really appreciated as we were in a poor cell service area. The Roadside Assistance, had their call Centre in Arkansas (or somewhere) & it was awkward trying to get the the Centre to coordinate help as we were on Vancouver Island. It took 4.5 hrs for the tire company to arrive, but this may have been bc of long weekend or the tire company & not the program - hard to know! The Happy Glamper was clean, well equipped, and they were v accommodating re our timeline with the long weekend. It suited our family of 4 well. Devin gave an excellent rundown of everything when we picked the motorhome up and went Above and Beyond in the time and preparation he gave us.
