Rated for 8 people, but that would be tight. Maybe 4 adults, 4 kids. Best for 1-5 adults or 2 adults and upto 4 kids, so max 6 people comfortably. Fridge, stove, microwave, furnance, AC, shower, toilet, electricity and gas. Cookware and dishes. Stereo with auxillary input. TV with DVD player. New laminate floor, new roof with skylight over shower, 9" lift kit, beefed up roof and floor supports, new 15" wheels and tires (stock was 13"). Located on family and pet friendly treed acerage. Full access to fire pit, nice patio deck with table and chairs. Right next to walking/biking trails. 1 mile to red deer river and 1 mile to Red Deer City. 110 per night 700 per week 2100 per month. $50 cleaning fee. Note: -This unit is mainly for on-site use, (unless experienced with pulling and setting up RVs). The price includes local hookups, fire pit and deck. Host family lives in a house on the property, we are close by if you would like any assistance or have questions. -If taking off-site, remember to refill the propane and empty the septic prior to return, as per RVezy rules. Will need a receipt to confirm. If towing off property, minimum 3 day rental.
