Please advise at booking of your desired times between 8am and 8pm and we will make every effort to accommodate. Each rental will be provided with fitted sheets for all the beds, dishes, cutlery for 4, 2 camping chairs, pot/pan, and cooking utensils. ***Rentals 5 nights or longer can request complimentary full bedding (fitted/flat sheets, duvet in duvet cover, pillows). Please advise at booking if you require bedding and for which beds. We will provide two (2) 30lb propane tanks per rental with no requirement to refill. Propane is intended for regular use with the unit including heating and stove. Additional uses such as a personal fire pit is not intended and would require the tank to be refilled. 8,000 BTU air conditioner, heater, stove, microwave are all in the unit and we will make sure you are comfortable with their use. We will make every attempt to have the fridge pre-cooled before you arrive. It can run on propane or electric so if you are camping without services, you will still have a working fridge. About your vehicle… You will require a 2” hitch receiver with 7 pin wiring. The dry weight is 3,420 with a GVWR of 4,500 and hitch weight of 375. We will include a weight distribution hitch for all rentals and upon request, a portable brake controller. A portable generator is available for a flat rate of $50/rental Our cleaning/prep fee covers propane, dishes/cutlery, camping chairs, camping mat , RV toilet paper, cleaning and sanitizing between rentals, some cleaning supplies and everything you require to safely tow and hook up the trailer. At the end of the rental, we ask that the trailer be returned free of personal effects and the fridge/freezer completely empty.
