Pick up and drop off times are set to alow enough time for the RV to be Properly inspected and cleaned before the next guests arrive.) Very cozy with an open layout. 27ft long but only weighs 4600 lbs dry. Lots of storage. Comes with camping gear. Fold up chairs x4 , roasting sticks x4, over fire grill, 4 person tent x1, Fold up gazeebo, fishing rod and tackle x1, all cook wear and dishes/cutlery ect provided. Fold up Propane camp stove x1 (propane provided). Toiletries also provided, toilet paper, hand soap. No bedding is supplied other than a fitted sheet for the queen bed.
