Immerse yourself into this immaculate C-Class Sunseeker! This unit is easy to drive, fuel efficient, and spacious. The double slide out provides plenty of room for 8 ensuring comfort and enjoyment for your entire family and friends. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen including a microwave, bathroom, A/C, and heating. We also provide is camping chairs, toiletry, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, cooking supplies, and fresh linens. You won’t need to bring anything, other than your own food, drinks, clothes, and your planned list of adventures. We follow strict guidelines with COVID-19. We sanitize the entire unit, and extra focus on high traffic areas, like handles, knobs, steering wheel, bathroom etc. for your safety. We do also provide delivery service for your convenience. For an additional cost, we will deliver and pickup the unit from your selected location within a 50kms radius. Please select the delivery option from the first page after selecting your dates, or in the (optional add-ons) section. If there are any special requests, please don’t hesitate to ask. Camping/Outdoors Includes: Camping Chairs Roasting Sticks Axe Portable Propane BBQ (optional) Travel Recommendations: We are located 45mins from Kananaskis Country, next would-be Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper! If you have kids, we recommend Dinosaur Park. Kids LOVE it there, lots of things to do, and lots of boulder climbing for the kids. We can provide the Kananaskis Conservation Pass for your convenience, at an additional cost. If there are any special requests, please don’t hesitate to ask. We will try to provide what we can, if its not listed. Note Worthy: Please be always seated, while using provided seatbelts when the vehicle is in motion. NO climbing on the roof of the RV, as it is dangerous and you can be seriously injured. Please be respectful: No smoking, vaping, no concerts/festivals, and no pets. We will have the vehicle cleaned, gassed, and ready to go. Please return the unit the same way! **Pick-up time is anytime after 3PM and must be returned no later than 11am. Early pick-up or late returns may be available upon request but must discussed ahead of time. Any after hour pick up/drop-off request between 11pm-5am will include an extra $100 charge. **PLEASE NO SMOKING or vaping inside the RV. Additional charges WILL be applied if smoke/smoking damages are detected after the RV has been returned. **ONLY RV rated chemicals and toilet paper are permitted for the RV. These items are included with your rental - 1 toilet paper roll per day. Please DO NOT flush anything other then the RV rated toilet paper down the toilet, as this WILL clog the tanks when flushing. **Black and Grey tank indicators MUST display empty when returned. Even if you emptied it, indicators have to show empty, because if it doesn't, I have to make sure for the next renters. This requires me to take the unit to a dumping station and empty the tanks again and make sure the indicators show empty for the next renters like yourself. I will have to charge the dumping fee of $150. This process is very time consuming and 30mins away, hence the charge. Thank you for your understanding. **Fuel Re-fill cost: $100 Plus Fuel Cost **Daily mileage included per day is 100 Kms (60 miles), overage charge $0.35/Kms. **We require you to drop off within the selected hour slot to avoid additional late drop-off charges. A late drop-off fee $75per/hr will be charged for each hour the vehicle is not returned on or before the drop-off time stated in your rental agreement. **PLEASE NOTE: ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS FROM THIS LIST PROVIDED WILL BE AT CURRENT MARKET VALUE FOR REPLACEMENTS**
