Don’t worry about all the fire bans, we send you with a propane fire pit too (you just need to bring a tank). This beautiful trailer offers the definition of Glamping for any family or group. indoor and outdoor bluetooth capable stereo. indoor kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, sinks, stoves. Indoor and outdoor showers to provide access for all shower and rinsing needs. Full length power awning. This beauty even has air conditioning. when you come back from a hot day at the beach, open the door or drop the giant back door down to feel the cool air greet you. Truly a great experience! Full kitchen fully stocked with cookware, cutlery & dishes with a fridge/freezer. Full Bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower and the unit also has an outdoor shower to give your fur (or furless) babies a quick rinse off. The trailer also includes interior and exterior Bluetooth speakers for rainy days or wind down evenings. Our trailer is 29’ long (need to book a 30’ site min.) and is half-ton towable and comes with an Hitch including, weight Distribution kit and sway bars/. The trailer will be thoroughly disinfected between rental Cleaning Fee is $60. We also will include at no extra cost: - camping chairs, hammock - Outdoor rugs for under the awning - 2 rolls of RV toilet paper for the septic system and chemicals for the system (if on a longer rental you will have to get what you need. What you need to bring: - Pillows, sheets, towels comforters or we can supply for a $20 fee - Food, paper towels, bug spray, sunscreen and all the camping essentials Avoidable Fees -- If returned with out emptying septic tank there will be a additional $150 charge -- Late Fees $25/hour, if you are late to the agreed-upon pickup/delivery or return. We are reasonable about this but would need some advance notice. - Fumigation Fee $500, please DO NOT smoke in our trailer, including tobacco, marijuana, vaporizers & hard drugs. - Pet damage will be charged over and above any cleaning fees.
