This is a 174BH Jayco SLX 7 baja trailer. It has a flipped axle for more ground clearance. This bunkhouse can sleep up to 5 if you use the dinette, it has a full queen mattress, and two single bunks. For dining the dinette sits two but you have endless room outside! You also get a two burner propane stove, large fridge and dedicated freezer which runs on electric or propane, and a propane furnace with automatic thermostat. You also have a 30lb propane tank, 30 gallon freshwater tank, and both the grey and blackwater tanks are 20 gallon. You also have solar charging, lithium cold weather battery, 700 Watt inverter, and an external generator in case of cloudy days. If you plug into 30amp shore power you also have AC. Ready to go with everything you need except food and drink. You also have a power awning, outdoor LED lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system. Additional ammenties include coffee percolator, coffee grinder, dishes, cookware and utensils, outdoor table, 3 folding chairs, Coleman propane camp stove, and 5lb propane tank. WiFi (Starlink) is available for an additional monthly charge.
