I rented this RV recently and had a mostly smooth experience. The vehicle was functional and met our travel needs. However, I had an issue upon returning it that I feel is important to share.
The owner pointed out a gap under the awning and claimed that I had closed it incorrectly, which caused the issue. However, I reviewed the photos and videos I took on the day of pickup, and the gap was already there. I was not made aware of any pre-existing issues with the awning, nor was it pointed out during the handover.
I can't say whether the owner simply missed it or was acting in bad faith, but it was disappointing to be accused of causing damage that clearly existed beforehand. I’d recommend thoroughly documenting everything during pickup, as I fortunately did.
Overall, the RV worked fine, but this final interaction affected the experience.
Host was extremely accommodating, super helpful in setup and providing needed information, communicated throughout booking to answer any questions as well. Trailer was very clean and well kept, slept 6 adults comfortably, everything was in great working condition. Highly recommend!!
Excellent RV and the owner Jas was super to deal with! Will definitely rent again!
