Ryan was very communicative and helpful in setting up the trailer for us for our event. The unit was clean and ready to go. Unfortunately the generator required an additional adapter to run the AC, so we were unable to use that. Ryan let us know in advance about an issue with the stairs so we we're able to manage that.
However we had hot water, a working fridge/stove, and dry nights in the rain. Would rent from Ryan again with a few tweaks as mentioned.
Ryan was very friendly and easy to deal with!
