About this RV Get ready for the upcoming Spring/Summer/Fall with this beautiful Jayco Melbourne. This unit is a Mercedes Class-C that is extremely easy to drive, maneuverable, fuel efficient (Diesel), and spacious for the entire family. Lots of storage inside, and out. Includes camping chairs, toiletry, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, cooking supplies, and fresh linens! This unit provides plenty of room for up to 4 people. Comes equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, and heating, etc. Please be respectful: No smoking, vaping, no concerts/festivals, and no pets. We will have the vehicle cleaned, fueled up, and ready to go. We do also provide delivery service for your convenience for an additional cost. Pick-up time is available upon request anytime after 4pm, and must be returned no later than 11am. Early pick-up or late returns may be available upon request. Thank you for your understanding. Additional charges WILL be applied if smoke/smoking damages are detected after the RV has been returned.- Please be respectful of the RV property, and usage. We try to give everyone the best experience as possible. Please treat this unit as if it is your own. **ONLY RV rated chemicals and toilet paper are permitted for the RV. These items are included with your rental - 1 toilet paper roll per day. Please DO NOT flush anything other then the RV rated toilet paper down the toilet, as this WILL clog the tanks when flushing.**Black and Grey tank indicators MUST display empty when returned. Even if you emptied it, indicators have to show empty, because if it doesn't, I have to make sure for the next renters. This requires me to take the unit to a dumping station, and empty the tanks again and make sure the indicators show empty for the next renters like yourself. We will have to charge the dumping fee of $150. Other things to note Please be seated at all times, while using provided seatbelts when the vehicle is in motion. Also no climbing on the roof of the RV, as it is dangerous and you can be seriously injured.
