This was my first time renting and towing an RV, and overall I had a very good experience. The trailer was easy to tow and everything went smoothly with pickup and return. Rachelle was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. The only small issues were that the fresh water tank was not full, we noticed it in the second day when we run out of the water, although Rachelle explained that the RV had been parked for some time and she believed it still had water. Other than that, we had a great first RV camping experience and enjoyed our trip. Note: Since this was my first time renting an RV and also Rachelle’s first time renting hers out, I completely understand that there can be a few small things to figure out along the way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from Rachelle again without hesitation. Thank you, Rachelle!
