2022 Forest River Avenger with a slide-out and bunk beds ideal for families with children! This Unit is SUV & VAN Towable and is Newbie friendly, super easy to pull weighing only 3415lbs dry and approximately 3850lbs fully loaded. You have 17ft of living space and the trailer is approximately 21ft Hitch to bumper. This unit will sleep up to 5 comfortably. 2 people can be accommodated on the double XL Size bed 1 person on each bunk for a total of 2 people. 1-2 people can sleep on the dinette converted bed. Perfect for a family looking to get away from the city and explore the outdoors. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Upon owner approval The rental includes: 5-dishes/utensils/cutlery/ cups, glasses, cutting board, pots&pans, single cup coffee maker, cast iron pan, toaster, 4 camping chairs, dish soap, sponge, dish drying rack, games, RV toilet paper, first aid kit, fridge ( electric only) fire extinguisher. Please clean/rinse dishes prior to use. Trailer a led lights inside and out and a integrated Bluetooth soundbar that is connected to the outside speakers. TV CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. All newer RV’s need a Full 30 Amp site or Generator to run A/C or microwave as they no longer run on propane. Or At least 15 AMPS power or A Generator to run the electrical outlets. Generator is available for a fee . -please note linen is not provided. Mattress protectors are provided however they are not to be used as linen. If they are noticeably dirty and not returned in the same condition they were given, a surcharge will apply. Non smoking, No off roading and No roof climbing, NO BURNING MAN FESTIVAL.
