Extended gravel travel is not permitted -Camper comes with a weight-distributing hitch included with the rental, and it is mandatory that it be used. -In order to use all the amenities, the trailer needs a power source. We do not provide a generator. -Requires a powered 30 amp electrical campsite to operate the air conditioning. -Zero tolerance for smoking/vaping in the trailer. Damage deposit will be forfeited. -Driver must have Canadian licence. International or U.S. Licence will not be accepted. *Insurance is mandatory. -Trailer Toilet Paper provided. Please DO NOT use Regular TP or wipes as it clogs the pipes. -Please make sure the trailer is dropped off on or before the agreed upon time. Failing to do so will result in a late fee of $50 per hour -Please ensure that the RV is clean and returned in the same way it was given- ensure that all dishes are washed and stored, the floor is clean, and the kitchen/ bathroom is clean. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning $200 charge for cleaning above and beyond normal cleaning. These rules help us keep the RV clean and enjoyable for everyone.
