Brand new travel trailer perfect for your next family adventure. The trailer is equipped with everything you would need, all you need to bring is your own bedding/linens (unless you would like us to provide it for an extra charge) and your personal items and food. The trailer has power awning and power smart jack makes setting it up a breeze. Ample storage space for all your things. Our trailer is smoke and pet free please - No gravel road trips unless previously approved. Pick up time is 3pm Drop off time is 11am (unless otherwise agreed upon) We offer an add on for $75 to return the trailer at 1pm. The trailer returned later than agreed upon time, will be subject to a late fee of $75 (anything up to 2 hours late) anything over 2 hours late will be charged a full night extra ($150). **Please be sure to return the trailer on time to avoid any extra fees** Early pickup can be arranged depending on time and availability for an additional fee (2hours - $75, up to a max of $150) Please be sure to empty grey and black tanks upon return of the trailer - Fees will be applied upon closeout if the trailer comes back with tanks not showing a reading of empty. (This is if you have not purchased this add on) Please be sure to refill propane as well, or the propane charge will be applied upon your booking closeout - proof of propane refill required (Also this applies if you have not purchased the add on with your booking).
