Very nice condition, clean and fully functional 2012 28 foot travel trailer.
This trailer would be perfect to set up at the lake for an extended holiday. Very favourable rates can be negotiated for the entire summer.
Queen bed with new mattress and the living room sofa folds out into a double bed. Bedding is available for the queen bed upon request. There is no bedding available for the fold out couch. Brand new awning last summer. A/C, furnace and hot water heater fully functional along with all other appliances. Delivery is available for rentals of 1 month or longer for free. Delivery is not available for short term rentals. The dinette does not fold down. Lots of room.

Communication on both ends needed to be clarified sooner on delivery/pick up times, but worked out well. I forget to pack bedding, but master room was set up nicely. Clean unit, cramped for 3 adults
