The couch has been removed and replaced with bunk beds w/ crib mattresses (the bottom bunk does fit most playpens) + ladder, functional storage under the beds, curtains on all windows (trash bags make them blackout easily!), upgraded stable stairs for little walkers and pets. Queen bed in the front with comfy mattress. Kitchen and Bathroom towels provided, just pack your favourite pillows and blankets - PLEASE USE SHEETS over the provided mattress protectors. Aug 2022 - Brand new awning, batteries, faucets, wheel bearings, tires, and full equipment safety and servicing. Delivery fee is $4.40 a KM w/ free pickup, septic empty and propane refill; message to have your specific location added! Delivery/pickup is not always guaranteed and is based on our availability. We are located in Aldersyde, 10 min south of Okotoks, AB, 10 min north of High River, AB for pickup. Each trip is started with a full fresh potable water tank, full propane tanks and empty septic. PLEASE NOTE that you must arrive for pickup in a predetermined (by you) 30 minute time slot and walk-through takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
