A very clean, non-smoking unit accommodating up to 10 persons exclusively for campers at Gregoire Lake Campground. “Kampii Rental Policy” Important Notices: •PLEASE DO NOT PREPAY YOUR BOOKING. PAY AFTER THE BOOKING IS ACCEPTED. • Septic Tank Policy: Please ensure that you add the emptying septic tank in the add-ons section of your booking. • Pet Policy: No pets allowed due to our son’s severe pet allergy. Please and thank you. • Cleaning Responsibility: Rentals and cooking utensils returned dirty or not in the same condition will incur an extra $200 charge from the damage deposit. Included in Your Rental: • Towing Services: Towing to and from Gregoire Lake and setting up the trailer, including gas, are included in the rental fee. Provided Items: • Dishes (spoons, forks, cups, plates, bowls) • Chopping board • Knives • Pots & pans • Coffee maker and Keurig (with reusable pods and coffee filters) • Rice cooker • Kettle • Dish soap • Roasting sticks • Paper towel (1 roll) • Toilet paper (1 box) • Cooking utensils • RV ground mat • Broom & dustpan • Garbage bag Usage Guidelines: • Toilet Paper: Use only biodegradable toilet paper, which will be provided. • Damage Policy: Any damage to the exterior and interior will be charged accordingly. • Damage Deposit: The damage deposit will be refunded once the overall return inspection is completed. • Pick-Up Time: Will pick up the camper between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
