This features a heated queen bed in a private room up front, with 2 double bunks (bottom bunk heated) in the back, the dinning table and sofa also convert in to double beds. This camper has the potential to sleep maximum 8 but most comfortably to sleep 4-6. Enjoy the full size fully stocked (with everything you will need for cooking except groceries) kitchen to prepare all your meals, making meal preparation a breeze to get outside to explore the great outdoors. After your adventures relax outside under the 20’ awning with your favorite tunes playing on the outdoor speakers, included with your rental is a BBQ for grilling up those delicious dinners for your family, 20’x10’outdoor carpet, 6 chairs and table. Cozy up in the evening by the fire with your favorite beverage, while gazing up at the stars and roast marshmallows for some delicious s’mores with the complementary s’more kit as a welcome gift. 6 Bath towels, kitchen towels/clothes, 3 sets linens provided additional bedding available at your request for dinette and couch beds, 3 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel, disinfectant spray, dish soap, hand soap all included with your rental. *Self towing not accepted* *Price does NOT include the cost of the campground* *Preferably book your POWERED campsite to accommodate a 28' travel trailer. if power sites are not an option, we have a generator for rent under add-ons* *No pets or smoking/vaping! will result in loss of full deposit* *$30 fee per refill propane tank used* *150$ minimum delivery charge* *Septic dump, general cleaning and sanitization included in the cleaning fee* Trailer is to be returned comparably clean to when it was first rented.
