The lawn chairs were in poor condition, one of the four had to be removed as garbage during the set-up, a second was torn at the top holding the back of the chair up, and after careful use tore entirely so one side of back of chair fell apart. Highly recommend better chairs to be purchased. Found clothes from a previous guest in closet, so closets weren't checked before renting again. I washed shelves in the kitchen cupboards as they were not cleaned where cups and dishes were stored. Not a big deal, but attention to detail seemed to be missing. Over-all the RV was in good condition with all inside amenities in place for a weekend stay. Tom is a great host and provided excellent service for set-up and take down.
