2021 Rockwood Mini Lite Travel Trailer

Our 2021 Rockwood Mini Lite sleeps up to 8 (4 to 6 would be most comfortable) and is completely loaded with all the luxuries and conveniences you could ask for. This layout is absolutely perfect for families and couples alike as it offers a queen murphy bed up front (w/privacy curtain) that folds up with ease, and in its place you have a reclining sofa w/drink holders for during the daytime which increases the livable space and makes for a much more open feel then most trailers of this size. I can’t emphasize enough the amount of storage inside and outside on this trailer which makes for an extremely more comfortable camping experience. There are 2 double bunks in the back with extra thick 4" mattresses, each with their own window and USB plugin, a full bathroom with mirror/medicine cabinet, sink, tub and shower completes the backend. A full kitchen with 3 burner recessed stove w/oven, microwave, solid surface countertop w/extra pullout for more prep space, double undermount sink, large fridge and freezer and plenty of storage for dry goods and whatever else. There is a U-shaped dinette that slides out that can fit 6 people comfortably and adds to the spaciousness of this trailer. 32” LED tv above the kitchen counter can be watched comfortably when sitting at the dinette table or it can moved around on the mount to watch from the couch or queen bed as well. There are inside/outside speakers, massive 18ft awning with LED lights, outdoor kitchen w/fridge and 2 burner stove and a tap with a hose for hot and cold water for cleaning. There is an outdoor shower, WI-FI booster, stereo w/DVD/CD player and Bluetooth capability, ducted A/C and heat so everyone stays cool or warm wherever you are in the trailer, two 30lb propane bottles, and all windows are tinted for privacy. The trailer is 25’ 11” in length (from bumper to end of hitch) and light weight at 5300lbs so can be towed by some large SUV’s with proper rating and easily by half tons. Will include weight distribution hitch and spring bars at no additional cost. If the unit is being delivered, the $50 emptying septic prepayment must be selected unless other prior arrangements are discussed and agreed upon. A 30Amp connection is needed at your site to run all appliances and air conditioning and will provide the most comfortable experience.
