2025 5th wheel, 3 slide outs, sleeps 4 comfortably. On demand hot water, A/C and Heat. Two 30 lb. propane tanks (propane charged based on usage), large capacity water and waste tanks, 30 or 50 amp electrical input and Solar. Very clean, lots of storage space inside and out. Unit comes with: - Cooking accessories - Cutlery - Keurig Coffee Maker - Paper towels, toilet paper, tissues - Dishes, glasses and cups for 4 people - Dish and hand soap - Outdoor Carpet - 2 Camping Chairs Unit features: - Reclining seats - Smart TV - Stereo system - DVD player - Microwave - Pantry - 16 cubic foot 12v fridge and freezer that can run on solar - USB ports in living room and bedroom - A fresh water dispenser on kitchen sink (5 gallon water bottle available as an add-on) - Septic tank flush at end of rental is included Important Note: A $500 charge will be applied for smoking and pet restriction violations.

    We were in need of some accommodations for our son and daughter in law to stay for their wedding. Richard and Suzanne were fantastic to rent from! The 5th wheel was immaculately kept and they left them some champagne and chocolate for their celebration. We could not have asked for a nicer accommodation to rent. I’d highly recommend renting from Richard and Suzanne.
