Welcome to your home away from home! Features include outdoor kitchen, rear outdoor shower, double size bunk beds in the rear, bathroom, pillow top residential size queen mattress in the master. The dinette also folds down into a bed, as well as the couch. Comfortably sleeps 4-5 but will sleep 8-9. No linens provided, please bring your owning bedding and beach towels. Dish/cleaning towels provided. No tv’s included but there are 2 mounts available (you’re camping, shouldn’t need a tv! Enjoy the outdoors!) Please bring your own camping chairs Pickup and drop off will be at Fultonvale school southeast of Sherwood park, to make it easier for everybody No smoking/vaping allowed! All black and grey tanks must be emptied before trailer is returned Also avalible for rent- 3600 watt run quiet generator, has 15amp and 30amp supply. Unfortunately will not run the AC but will power the unit and charge the batteries
