Very clean 28' holiday trailer. We have owned since new. Can sleep 8 in total (not all adults). It will come with all accessories we keep in trailer including: some folding chairs, propane BBQ & tools, rear bike carrier if required (holds 4 kids bikes), Kuerig , ice maker, toaster, 42" TV, glasses, plates, utensils, small 2' X 5' table for outdoors, ext cord, water hose, 2 garbage cans, linens (but not bedding), some games. Will allow small dogs (less than 20" non shedding), 4 day minimum
