Our 2014 Jayco Jay flight 28' travel trailer is the perfect family expereince. Complete with private queen bedroom with mattress topper for extra comfort. Two Double size bunks and the kitchen table can be converted to another double. Large kitchen. Lots of storage. Comes stocked with dishes and pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
Included at no cost:
-4 camping chairs
-Outdoor rug for under awning
-4 Rolls of camping toilet paper for septic system and chemicals for the
system.
- Small propane BBQ
-Picnic Table Cloth
-Children's and Adult DVD movies
-Trailer Hitch
What you need to bring:
-Pillows, Sheets, Comforters
-Towels
-Food and water
-Paper towels, bug spray, sunscreen and all your camping essentials.
-Axe
Cleaning/set up Fee - $120.00, This is charged to have the RV ready for you. The trailer is expected to be returned in the same condition as it is recieved or an additional charge of $100 will be added to the final bill.
-Late Fee's $25/hr, if you are late to the agreed upon pick up/delivery or return time.
-Fumigation Fee's $500. DO NOT smoke in our trailer, tobacco or marijuana, vaporizers and or hard drugs.
-Number of guests need to be filled out acurately at time of booking request.
WE DO NOT ALLOW CROWN CAMPING.
