Perfect couple or small family unit. Can be towed with a van or small SUV as it weighs 3440 lbs. Sleeps 5 people with a queen size bed, a small fold down dinette bed and two bunk beds. Kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, range top, microwave, and kitchen sink. All the cooking utensils and eating utensils are provided for you. Has an indoor shower, and toilet. There is a powerful little AC unit for those hot days and a great furnace for those chilly ones. Cleaned and sanitized towels and dishrags provided. Unit will be fully cleaned and sanitized for each new guest as well. The exterior includes a 13” powered awning with integrated speakers and LED lights and camp chairs .
