Owners were responsive and worked hard to address needs.
Daniel was easy to get a hold of for pick up of the RV. We did have a last minute change with the RV we booked and they gave us an upgrade the day before which was pretty cool. The toilet kept backing up so thankfully their was a toilet on our campsite as a back up plan. It would have difficulty flushing. Again, Daniel gave us tips on how to solve this problem and tried his best to help from afar. Be sure to communicate clearly what time you want to drop off to allow ample planning for host to meet you at the drop off site. We had a great RV experience. Daniel explained all of the features to my husband on pick up which was hugely helpful! Thanks!
