Clean and roomy 5th wheel with king bed, pull-out sofa bed, reclining love seat, fireplace. Private bedroom with king size bed and upgraded mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with full size residential refrigerator, kitchen island, Convection microwave, oven, coffee pot and Keurig, toaster, air fryer. Unit has large windows for great views, smart TV's, outdoor chairs, grill, fire pit and games. We deliver and setup. Weekday delivery is available after 5pm. Exceptions may be made. Please ask if that delivery time presents a problem. We provide paper towels, paper plates, trash bags and cleaning supplies. For outdoors we provide an outdoor rug, lantern, camping chairs, fire pit (you need to dispose of ashes upon checkout) outdoor grill (you will need to bring/purchase the small propane bottles or select the add-on at check out and we will provide) Bathroom: we provide toilet paper and soap. Linens and towels NOT provided unless you select the add-on at check-out. If you are dry camping a dumping fee will be charged, you will need to add the fee at check out, see add-ons at check out. Optional: See add-ons at check out if you would like us to provide linens & towels or a generator for dry camping. The cleaning fee is a charge that is applied to every booking as a Prep Fee. This does not mean that we are cleaning the unit for you. The renter is expected to return the RV in the same condition that they receive it. The Prep fee is to compensate the owner for the time spent preparing the RV for the renter. There will be an excessive cleaning fee charged if unit is not returned in the same condition that you received it. At check-out you must remove all belongings including items from the fridge and freezer and remove all trash.
