Camping season for us is year round! We know the best ways to make memories is by Camping! We are so thrilled to get to be a part of your adventure! This is a 2017 Forest River Rainier bumper pull bunk house trailer. This trailer has it all indoor and outdoor. It is clean inside and outside and fully stocked for your basic needs. This rig is spacious and great for entertaining your family and/or friends. There is plenty of living amenities which include exterior kitchen with fridge and sink. Outdoor shower for any of those fun adventures. Automatic awning extends to help beat the heat and is wonderfully lit by LED lighting for those late night activities. Wonderful sound system interior and exterior that can be paired with smart devices. Interior area includes full kitchen with freezer and fridge. Also is equipped with all necessary dish ware, utensils, cooking supplies. Bathroom will have RV toilet paper in it ready to go. Bedroom has doors that can easily be closed off to watch the late night movies and snuggle in on a queen mattress with two closets next to it. Queen bed comes with linens. Leather couch that easily makes out into sleeping space. Banquet style dining also converts easily for more sleeping availability. Nestled in the corner is a set of two double bunks furnished with teddybear mattresses and private curtains. Inside the trailer is also equipped with great lighting and climate control heating and air conditioning. We offer extras for additional costs Generator (you bring your own gas) Cooler Gas tank Keurig (you bring your own pods) No truck to haul it no problem we haul to destination for additional costs ** Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in this unit. if ANY smoke smell is detected at the conclusion of the rental a fee will be collected to pay for cleaning and ozone treatment.
