Pick up this travel trailer then Camp and make memories with this comfy space! Or ask for local delivery at an extra fee. (Delivery dates and location's are considered upon request only.) Enjoy the spacious bathroom, fully furnished with all essentials, outdoor speakers, LED lighting inside and outside of this camping unit. Main bed and 2 bunks. Generator is provided to use upon request. There are five camping chairs available. Do not have the awning open when absent from the area and please do not use the awning during any wind. Make sure door is not in way during awning extension and retraction. Equipped with a DVD player and sound system. Please always leave remotes in the cabinet near the system. Has RCR HDTV local channels. Please be gentle with the power cord from the generator to the back of the travel trailer. Please make sure everything is lined up correctly. Please only use RV toilet paper. Please clean up after yourself and take good care of our family unit. This is a pet friendly unit. Please do not leave your pet unattended at the unit. Please do not lose key and it must be returned in the lock box at check out once the unit is locked. If key is lost there will be a $200.00 lost key fee. Return main power cord to it’s spot. There will be a $400.00 fee if cord is not returned where you found it upon arrival.
