Sunset Trail Travel Trailer Includes: • Power awning • 1 slide out • Outdoor led light strip • Outdoor speakers • Outdoor kitchen with upgraded gas griddle and small electric fridge • 13,500 BTU A/C • Indoor kitchen has large gas/electric fridge, gas oven/stove, electric microwave, electric griddle, Toaster and coffee maker • 40" tv with a firestick • Full bathroom with tub and shower • RV King mattress in main bedroom with privacy doors • Double size bunk beds • Dinette converts to a single size bed • Pots, pans, cups, cutlery, plates, bowls, cooking utensils • Rv Toilet paper (required to use) • 30 amp power hookup Solar powered for dry camping (non powered sites) you would need a generator to run air conditioner and power outlets in the trailer. No smoking inside the trailer. Propane price is not included, Please add on propane or you will need to refill what you use.

    Evan was easy to reach, delivery and setup were seamless, the trailer was clean, and it was well stocked with essentials. We loved being able to add on a propane fire pit for summertime smores. We would definitely book again, highly recommend!
