New Sunset Trail 242bh with one pull out, power awning with led light strips, power stabilizers, power tongue jack, outdoor speakers, indoor and outdoor kitchens with a large fridge inside and small fridge outside, the outdoor kitchen also has a gas grill and an electric griddle,The bathroom has a full shower with a tub. The master bedroom has a king bed with doors for privacy, the bunk beds are doubles and the dinning table converts into a bed. Air conditioner for those hot days. There is a 40 inch tv. Can sleep 5 adults comfortably, or 3 adults and 4 kids. A coffee maker and all dinnerware, cookware, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, dish towels, hand towels and rv toilet paper will be included. The trailer is 30 amp power hookup. A portable generator is available as an add on for dry camping (no power hookup) No smoking inside.
